Tara Denise McCullough, 45, passed away, Sunday, May 23, 2021. She was a native of Jacksonville, Florida--born July 23, 1975, to Mark and Mary McCullough.
Her visitation will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home from 6:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A service will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with a burial to follow at Beaches Memorial Park.
