William T. Voelker, 73, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away March 17, 2019. He was born in Amityville, New York, to Ralph and Frieda Voelker.
He will be missed by family and friends.
The family is planning a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, a donation in his name to Baptist Home Care - 3563 Philips Highway, #202 - Jacksonville, FL 32207 - would be appreciated.
