Vicky Mosher Brock, 79, passed away April 29th, 2026. She was born August 25th, 1946 in Livermore, ME. She lived in Maine through high school before moving to Florida’s east coast and most recently Ponte Vedra Beach where she’s lived since 1990.

Vicky demonstrated exemplary care for others every day. Her approach with family, friends, and her business was to serve others and make a positive difference in each life. She would go out of her way for anyone who needed a shoulder to cry on, a laugh, or a great big hug. She was a nurturer indeed, and was always looking to share the love with someone who needed it. In addition to family and friends, she had a great love for her “birthday girls” crew, lobster rolls, hotdogs (esp. Flo’s in Cape Neddick, ME), screaming like a crazy person at sporting events when a child or grandchild was involved, and tennis. She and a partner won the Club Championship for Doubles Tennis at Sawgrass Country Club some years ago.

in 1994 she founded Vicky’s Helping Hands which gave her a professional outlet to serve more people. If you ask her clients, they would all say she delivered overwhelmingly more in value than she received in payment. She had a huge heart for others. This is part of her legacy that is continued today by daughter-in-law Jessica.

Vicky married David S. Brock on April 14th, 2001 and they spent 22 wonderful years together until his passing on May 24th, 2023.

Vicky is survived by loving family, son Kevin Waugaman (Jessica) and daughter Chrystal Waugaman, by her first marriage to Robert Waugaman; and by Susan Dondero (John) who joined the family by Vicky’s second marriage to David S. Brock; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family. She adored her grandchildren; Elliott and Raelynn Waugaman and Zachary Waugaman, Nicholas Dondero, and Isabel Dondero (Joshua), She was predeceased by her father Robert Mosher and mother Ruth Libby Mosher; sisters Donna Branham and Shirley Posey.

A Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 am, Saturday June 6th at Sawgrass Beach Club’s Oceans Edge Room. Please contact Kevin@MomentorsLLC.com to RSVP for gate access.
