Tracy Northup Boyd

Tracy Northup Boyd, 55, passed away on July 27, 2025. She was born in Pensacola, FL and grew up in Atlantic Beach, FL. A graduate of Fletcher High School and the University of North Florida, Tracy explored many professional paths before discovering her passion as an occupational therapy assistant. She found deep fulfillment in her work, particularly as a travel OT assistant, where she combined her love of helping others with her adventurous spirit, working in communities across the United States.

Tracy was known for her vibrant personality and made friends wherever she went. She loved watching the sunrise at the beach, laughing with friends, and living life on her own terms. Her light may have dimmed too soon, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Tracy is survived by her mother, Judith Northup; sister, Terri Wall (John); brother, Jordan Northup (Meagan); sister, Sarah Keller (Greg); stepmother, Lynn Northup, wife of the late H. Martin Northup; and nieces and nephews Monica, Madeline, Katharine, Martin, Harrison, Lawson, Ezri. Tracy is also remembered by her long-time partner, Jimi Porter, whose companionship and support brought joy and comfort in her later years.

In remembrance we will have a small memorial gathering for friends and family at Mickler’s Landing on Saturday, August 16th beginning at 6:30am and ending after sunrise.
