Steven Randolph Hall was born in Cleveland, Tennessee on July 17, 1942, to Harry Gordon Hall and Evelyn Randolph Hall. The family moved to Jacksonville, Fl, in 1946 where he was raised. In 1960 Steve graduated from Lee High School and joined the Airforce in 1962. He proudly served his country for 4 years before going to college. He graduated from the University of West Florida in 1969, and began his career as a stock broker in Atlanta, Ga, where he met his wife Ginger.  They married on January 16, 1974, and moved to Tallahassee, Fl.   In 1984, work led Steve back to Jacksonville.  He would spend the next 19 years in business and raising his family. He loved serving at church, whether it was in the prison ministry, visiting the broken, or beginning a ministry for single parents at First Baptist Church, Jacksonville.

In 1993, Steve went into full time ministry where he began co-pastoring at Carpenters House Christian Fellowship. His heart was to see unity within the body of Christ, breaking down walls of religious division, so he founded Jacksonville Pastors and Christian Leaders Fellowship.  His ministry brought hundreds of Christian pastors together. Steve then saw a need for pastoring in the workplace, ministering to business owners and their employees. In 2000 he and Ginger founded Kingdom Fellowship Inc which was a ministry to the marketplace in Jacksonville.  He spent the next 22 years ministering in churches, businesses, and schools. Steve’s life passion was to see our city, nation and world turn back to The Lord. He loved The Lord, his country, his family, Israel and every soul he encountered. Steve and Ginger would light up the room and share Gods love everywhere they went.

Steve is survived by his children and grandchildren- Tripp Foster (Staci), Ali Stuman (Micah), Cal Foster; Kasey Foster Bittner (Adam), Sarah Bittner, Ansley Bittner; Ashley Hall Campbell, Kelsey Campbell Manley (David), Hayley Campbell, Ashlynn Campbell, Emily Campbell Daetwiler (Kyle); Mandy Hall Hidalgo (Clark), Bella Hidalgo,, Hannah Hidalgo, Gideon Hidalgo,  Lila Hidalgo; Rachel Hall Kenny (Robert) Benjamin Samples (Gabi), Elizabeth Samples, Judah Samples, Sarah Samples, Brady Kenny, Lily Kenny.
