Roy Humphrey

Roy E. Humphrey, 68, of Atlantic Beach passed away peacefully on May 14, 2019. He was born March 19, 1951 in Auburn, Nebraska. He proudly served our country as a Chief Petty Office in the US Navy for 20 years.

Roy was a member of the Fleet Reserve 290 for many years. He loved playing darts, fishing and woodworking.

Roy was survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Linda; mother, Alberta Humphrey; daughter, Windi Humphrey (Scott Peake); stepdaughter, Tina Ling; stepson, Richard Colbert (Tracey); brother, Jim Humphrey; sisters, Cindy Dye and Ruth Poirier; grandchildren, Conrad, Abigail, Zackary, Garry, Serenity, Brighid, Jessica and Cody and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Leroy Humphrey; and stepson, Tim Colbert.
