Ronald Horcher
August 31, 1949 — January 28, 2012
Ronald Norman Horcher, 62, passed away Jan. 28, 2012, at McGraw Center for Caring, Jacksonville, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Aug. 31, 1949, in Arlington Heights, Ill. He was an active member of Christ the Redeemer Church of Ponte Vedra and loved snow skiing, golfing and coaching baseball and soccer games.
Ronald was a successful entrepreneur owning and operating several businesses including Bono"s Bar-B-Que and Manna Provisions.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna McNeely Horcher; proud father to his two sons, Chris Horcher (Jenea) and Jamison Horcher (Ariel); adoring grandfather to his grandchildren; Jensen, Gidget, Harmony and Samantha. He is also survived by his step-children, India and Samuel; mother of his children, Sandy; sister, Darlene Coppeth (Bernie); mother, Mary; nephew, Darren; and niece, Terry. He was predeceased by his father, Norman, and stepson, Brian.
A service celebrating Ronald"s life will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, in Christ the Redeemer Church, 190 South Roscoe Road, Ponte Vedra Beach.
