Patricia Jeanette Fermier

Patricia Fermier, 79, of Ponte Vedra Beach, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025. Born on May 16, 1946, in Jacksonville, Florida, Pat was the daughter of Betty Peer Chitty and Eugene S. Peer.

Pat, along with her late husband Bob, was an avid sea fisherman. When they weren’t on their boat, they enjoyed dancing the jitterbug and other swing styles. Pat worked at Beachside Tire and retired after 30 years. Following her retirement, she and her sister Stephanie began cruising, traveling to Alaska and the Panama Canal.

Pat is survived by her brother, Gene (Jane) Peer; her sister, Stephanie Boyette; three nieces, Charlotte Peer, Katie (Lou) Saez, and Jenifer Bonomo; four great-nephews, Bradley and Jeremy Panitzke, Owen and Ben Saez; and one great-niece, Kaylin Bonomo. She was preceded in death by her niece, Marty Peer Panitzke, and her sister, Deborah Peer Darby. She leaves behind many dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
