deGUZMAN Pat C. deGuzman, 92, passed away March 13, 2016. She was born October 25, 1923 in the Philippines and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1975 where she was a parishioner of St. John's Catholic Church. Family members include her loving sons, Manny (Lannie) deGuzman, Lito (Ruby) deGuzman and Virgel deGuzman; daughter, Elvie (Robert) Flor; grandchildren, Elvie Lynn (Christian) Smith, Shandy (Katie) deGuzman, Tristan (Leigh) deGuzman, Rainer (Candice) Flor and Rapheal Mathew deGuzman; great grandchildren, Pacyn, Hudson and Bennett; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Maximo B. deGuzman. Visitation will be held Thursday and Friday, March 17th and 18th from 6:00 to 8:00pm in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am, Saturday, March 19 in St. John's Catholic Church with Rev. Mark Waters as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Beaches Memorial Park.
