Nancy Harris

Nancy Ellen Harris of Ponte Vedra (Nocatee), FL, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Community Hospice McGraw Center.

She was born June 27, 1950, in Bradenton, FL, to Joyce Greene and James Olin Cox, Jr.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Burt, of Nocatee; her daughter, Courtney DeTemple; her sons, Stuart Poe and Ryan Gonzalez all of Charlotte; stepdaughter, Melissa of Ponte Vedra; and five grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her brother, James Stephen Cox and stepson, William Harris.

The family would like to give the highest of thanks and respect to Community Hospice and their hard-working and professional staff.
