Monica Sue Hawkins went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 26, 2025.

 Monica was a true believer in Jesus Christ which was evidenced as a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, cousin, aunt and friend. 

Monica was an educator. She served students, parents and teachers in multiple public schools throughout the Midwest. Monica was a breast cancer survivor and she was an ardent supporter and actively involved with the Susan B Coleman Foundation.

 Monica will be missed by her family and friends, but we know she is in Heaven with Jesus.
