Marzio Alfonso Trotta

Marzio Trotta, 83, passed away October 23, 2024. He was born July 31, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York. He was a resident of Manhasset, New York for 47 years and relocated to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2021. He was a member of Sawgrass Country Club for 24 years.

Marzio proudly served in the United States Marines from 1961 to 1967. He graduated from Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business.

Marzio is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Frances; his son, Marzio (Megan); grandchildren, Brigid, Kelly, Erin and Brendan; brother, Joseph Trotta and sister, Ginette Sallicito.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2024, in Our Lady Star of the Sea, with Father Knight as Celebrant.
