Martin Martirone

Martin (Marty) Martirone, 69, passed away September 2, 2021, due to Covid/Pneumonia complications.  He was born January 7, 1952, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He resided in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  He is preceded in death by his Mother, Kathleen Martirone and Father, Fred Martirone.

Marty is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, LouAnne; son Jarrod; daughter Kimberly; brothers Dale Martirone of Mogadore, Ohio, and Dean Martirone of White Haven, Pennsylvania.

Marty graduated from Penn State University in 1974.  He was an avid Nittany Lion and Florida Gator fan.

Marty was the City Engineer with Jacksonville Beach.  He was a member of the American Public Work Administration (APWA) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Marty enjoyed spending time with his family.  He was a loving husband and father.  He enjoyed traveling, fishing and bike riding.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 18, 2021, in St. Paul's Catholic Church, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, with Reverend Houle as Celebrant.
