Madeleine Fust
July 24, 1940 — January 18, 2017
Madeleine (Mickey) Fust passed away January 18, 2017 after a series of illnesses. She was born July 24, 1940 in Allentown, PA. She graduated from Penn State where she met her husband, Arnie, and earned a degree in Elementary Education.
Mickey lived in Northern California (3 times), New York, Pennsylvania and Utah following Arnie's career. She was employed as a secondary school teacher and later changed careers after raising her sons to become a nurse. After retirement, she served in several volunteer efforts including several ministries at the Church of the Redeemer.
Mickey is survived by loving husband, Arnie; her two sons, Arnie and Paul, five grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson, Nicholas, Annabel and Sydney and her sister, Elizabeth Clarke.
A funeral service will be held at the Anglican Church of the Redeemer on Tuesday, 2/14 at 10 am with interment following at 1:30 pm at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hope for His Children Intl c/o the Anglican Church of the Redeemer, 4815-200 Executive Park Ct., Jacksonville, FL, 32216.
