Lynn Eleanor Hatchcock

Lynn Eleanor Hatchcock, 78, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 30, 1947, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to James and Lois Henry.

After relocating to Florida, Lynn graduated from Cocoa Beach High School in 1965, and married her high school sweetheart, Steve Hatchcock, in 1966. Lynn worked at the Kennedy Space Center as a tech writer for 20 years, where she made many lifelong friends. Lynn loved to travel and made great memories visiting new cities and countries with her family and friends. Above all, she loved being a Grammy and treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Lynn is survived by her children Steve Hatchcock (Renee), Tara Hatchcock and Nikki Hatchcock; her grandchildren Steven and Aidan; and her sister Margie Daugherty. Lynn was preceded in death by her husband Steve (2015) and daughter Kimberly (2024).
