Linda Katherine Reed

REED, Linda Katherine (Hill), 82, of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL passed away at Community Hospice McGraw Center in Jacksonville, FL on September 14, 2022.
Linda was born on April 20, 1940, in Cumberland, MD to parents Brethard and Beulah Hill (Alabaugh). Due to her husband’s job relocations, she moved several times before settling in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL nearly thirty years ago.  She enjoyed going to the beach and gardening.
Linda is survived by her loving daughters, Judy Reed, and Lona (Dale) Fladland. Their sibling, Donald, survives her as well.
Also surviving her are grandchildren, Bo, Ashley, Dewayne, Austin, Jaitlyn, Kayla and Devin; great-grandchildren, Sam, Declan, Madigan, and her sisters, Mary Blevins and Betty Harris.  Preceding her in death were her husband, Donald E. Reed, Sr., to whom she was married to for nearly 50 years, and daughters, Ellen Reed and Norma Horton.
Her family has planned to have a private dinner in her honor.
