Kelly McGowan, 49, passed away July 26, 2017. She was born in Syracuse, NY to Lu and the late Col. Paul A. McGowan, U.S. Army (Retired). Kelly was a graduate of the University of Florida.
Her husband, Franklin Broughton predeceased her. Kelly left behind her grieving mother, Lu; brother, Michael McGowan (Lynn); niece, Ashley McGowan; and her Aunt Lolly.
She will be missed by her loving and loyal friends.
