Kathleen “Debbie” (nee O’Hagan) Daly – Retired Ken-Ton Teacher.
Died at age 94 on Oct. 8, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL where she lived for the past 8 years.
Survived by daughters Maureen (Tom) Bolling and Kate (late Mark) Carozzolo; niece Brigid O’Hagan Koepka; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sons John and Christopher Daly; granddaughter Shannon Bolling; and brother Hugh O’Hagan.
A Mass will be celebrated 12:00 p.m., Friday, Nov 5 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Jacksonville Beach, FL. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL.
