Jason Matteson

Jason David Matteson, 43, of Jacksonville, FL passed away suddenly on March 26, 2021.  His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss.

Anyone who knew Jason, knew he had an immense passion for all things sports, baseball and the Boston Red Sox in particular. Jason was an avid baseball card collector.  Not too long ago, he even started up a YouTube channel dedicated to the discussion of trading cards.  He was a music and movie aficionado as well as a salt water fish enthusiast.  His family and friends will undoubtedly miss him and his expertise moving forward.

Jason is survived by those in his immediate family: his parents, Marc and Karen Matteson; brother, Jonathan Matteson (wife and children, Jamie Dunlop, Jaleigh and Jacoby); and those in his extended family which include many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
