Janice Spencer, 79, passed peacefully in her home March 10, 2019. She was born November 30, 1939, in Marion, Indiana, to Oral and Cesta Hobbs.
She will be very much missed by her loving family and friends.
Her graveside service will be on Friday, March 15, 2019, at 10 a.m. at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
