James B. Opper, Jr.

James B Opper Jr, aka Jimmy Opper, 55, passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2022.

Born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Jimmy lived his life enjoying the outdoors. He was an avid surfer, snowboarder, and fisherman. He was a free spirit who loved travelling and was a friend to everyone he met and always had a smile on his face. To know Jimmy was to love him. 

Jimmy is survived by his parents Susan and Nick Parrish, his brother and sister-in-law Vann and Kristen Parrish, his brother Cory Opper, and Nephew Vann Parrish Jr along with many Aunts and Uncles. He was predeceased by his father James B Opper Sr and his brother Garrett Opper.

In lieu of flowers, please send any donations in his name to the Humane Society of Jacksonville. 

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
