Hazel Manning

MANNING Hazel Manning, 83, of Jacksonville, FL passed away peacefully on March 8, 2016 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Glen Daniels, WV and worked for C & P Telephone Co as an operator and a Service Representative. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Eugene Jack Manning; daughter, Lisa Gullian (Glen), K9 grandson, Maxwell; sister, Nancy Camper (Tommy); and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father Ernest Ray Meadows; mother, Wilda Meadows; and sister, Margaret Meadows. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 11th in Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home. Friends and family will have a casual gathering in the chapel to share memories at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society .
