Harold Leonard Barton, III

Harold Leonard “Bart” Barton III, 63, passed away suddenly on April 5, 2024. He was born November 20, 1960, in Michigan.

Bart followed in his father’s footsteps as a car salesman, working his way up to president of GIADA where he served for many years. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Bart’s role as a leader and volunteer in his local community left him with a heartwarming reputation. He never had a conversation without a smile on his face.

Bart is survived by his son, Alex and his wife, Casey Barton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Helen.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2024, in Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
