Frank DiRito, 89, of Ponte Vedra Beach, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 22, 2026. He was born on April 15, 1936 in West New York, New Jersey and retired to the beaches area in 1986.

Frank was a gifted All American athlete and student. He graduated with honors from NYU’s Stern School of Business before earning his MBA on full scholarship at Harvard Business School. Frank spent his entire career with General Foods Corp, (eventually Kraft General Foods), retiring as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Most importantly Frank was married for 65 years to (and is predeceased by) the love of his life, Brenda. They have two children, Peter (Naples, FL) and Stephanie (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) and two grandchildren, Taylor (San Diego, CA), and Paige (Jacksonville, FL).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 on Friday, March 6th at Our Lady Star of the Sea in Ponte Vedra Beach, followed by a private internment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
