Dana Andrew Swiatowy, 51, passed away January 23, 2018. He was born August 9, 1966 in South Bend, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday, January 29, 2018 in the Chapel of Quinn Shalz Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10a.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
