Cecilia M. Dransfield

Cecilia M. Dransfield, 84, passed away on December 21, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 11:00am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2400 Mayport Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32233.

Cecilia was born on March 6th, 1939, in Brooklyn, New York. Her young family moved to Long Island in 1964 where she raised her sons. In 1977 they moved to Jacksonville Beach where she lived until her passing. She dedicated her life to being a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother.  She is remembered for her warm and vivacious personality. She was an active member of St. John's Catholic Church where she volunteered supervising the children's nursery during Sunday masses for over 25 years. 

Cecilia is preceded in death by her husband James, mother and father, Salvatore and Ida Rainone, her sister Rose Blanchard and brother Thomas Rainone.

She is survived by her sons Michael (Carolyn) and Vincent (Cindy) Angresano, her grandchildren Carissa Angresano, Ana Ingram and Jonathan Isaac and great-grandson Luca Ingram.
