Alice Truax
April 14, 1937 — May 23, 2020
Alice Louise Truax, 83, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2020 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center of Community Hospice. She was born in Iowa City, Iowa on April 14, 1937.
She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Alice is survived by her daughters, Julie Truax and Traci Almaguer (Rolando); brothers, Richard Klinefelter and Keith Klinefelter; grandchildren, Stephanie Monaghan, Paul Monaghan (Ashley), Matthew Almaguer (Christina), and Brandon Almaguer (Samantha); great-grandchildren, Jonathan Papadimitrio, Brianna Monaghan, Katie Monaghan, Ellie Grace Almaguer; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas Truax.
A private burial will be held in Chapel Hills Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
Donations may be made in Alice’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
