My deepest condolences to Mrs. Kane and the entire Family. I worked with Barney for many years at where the lab was deservingly named after him. He was always so kind and thoughtful. I will remember him fondly. It was evident that he lived his life for Christ. May God comfort you during this time of great sadness and loss.

I worked for Barney for many years in the Pilot Plant at SCM, now Symrise. It was an honor to work for a guy with so much integrity and intelligence. He treated everyone with respect and dignity. He also had a great sense of humor with all of us.
I feel for his wonderful family and wish you peace.

I want to express my sincerest sympathy to Marianna and the Kane family and friends because of losing Barney recently in death. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40 and John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." The Bible also enlightens us at Hebrews 2:14 "so that through his (Jesus) death, he (Jesus) might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil." Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. Feel free to contact me if you wish at my email address;

My deepest sympathies to the family of Mr Kane. May the words at 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 be of comfort.
